New Hampshire First Mortgage Broker License
New Hampshire: Effective July 1, 2003, License applicants, upon application, and licensed first mortgage lenders, upon filing annual reports, must submit a list of individuals acting as originators for the licensee [list to contain originator's work address] An originator is an individual who is employed or retained and supervised by a licensee to negotiate, solicit, arrange, or find a mortgage loan. An individual may not act as an originator for multiple licensees.
