• All courses have associated quizzes and a final exam. You must pass the quizzes with a score of 80% or better for SD or 75% or better in order to take the final exam.
  
  
• The quizzes and the final exam may be taken over and over until you are able to score a passing grade of 80%.
  
  
• For continuing education and state licensing courses, there may be a "time spent in the course" requirement that must be met before you will have access to the final exam.

• The link below appears at the top of all quizzes and exams. By clicking on this link, you will ensure that your internet service provider will not disconnect you for being inactive while you are taking a quiz or final exam.
  
  
• This is a common problem with dial-up connections.
  
  
• This should enable you to complete the exam without interruption and ensure that the results sent to our database are accurate.

• When you go to the results of a quiz, your incorrect answers will be displayed in red and include a link to the lesson that is pertinent to the question missed so that you can refresh your knowledge of the subject before re-taking the quiz (see the image below).

• You must submit your test answers by clicking the " End Test " button within the allotted amount of time or you will risk losing your results.
